Lloyd Wilkins, Non-Executive Director (Chairperson)
Lloyd spent his career in investment banking in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney, working for Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Barclays. He was CEO when Barclays exited Australia in December 2016 and has been focused on fintech and disadvantaged youth since then.
Michael Greene, nON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (Company Secretary/ Legal)
Michael has practiced as a lawyer for over 25 years and started his legal career at Minter Ellison and has been a partner of commercial law firm Henry Davis York for over 16 years. Michael was recently been appointed as the Managing Partner of Henry Davis York, a full time executive leadership role.
Scott Graham, Non-Executive Director (Marketing)
Scott is Chief Commercial Officer of Yellow Brick Road Holdings Ltd. Prior to that he has worked in marketing & business unit leadership at national, regional and global levels with NAB, Coca Cola and Ford.
Christopher Corneil, Non-Executive Director (Operations)
Chris is an accomplished senior executive with 25 years of broad business and management experience. Chris continues to work in commercial and government sectors and with community programs.
Geoffrey Munday, Non-Executive Director (Youth Services)
Geoff is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years’ experience in the finance sector, including roles as a senior finance and project manager, before starting his own professional Financial Planning practice 10 years ago. He has been involved with StreetWork since 1980, and has been a Board member for over 20 years.
HOLLIE HUGHES, non-executive director (government relationships)
Hollie has over twenty years’ experience in politics and public affairs. She currently works with Salt & Shein as the Head of Government Business as being a Part time Member (level 2) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Barbara Ward, non-executive director (fundraising and corporate social responsibility)
Barbara has held varied careers from Finance and Audit, Corporate Services and development and delivery of programs in Australia and Overseas working for NSW Crime Commission, Lane Cove Council, Austcare. She headed a number of Foundations were she raised millions of dollars for many worthy cause and raised capital of $23m for Integrated Cancer Centre. She is currently the CE of Impact 1 Consulting. Barbara currently on holds other board positions including President of Australia India Business Council NSW, SHARE-Building Healthier Communities, Nutrition Australia NSW, Lupus Association of NSW, and Lifeline.
