National board

Michael Greene, nON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (chairperson & Company Secretary/Legal)

Michael is the Deputy Chief Executive Partner (Australia) and Head of the National Government Practice at Norton Rose Fulbright. He previously served as Managing Partner of Henry Davis York for more than two decades, holding leadership roles across dispute resolution and government. Michael advises public and private sector clients in government, financial services, and corporate matters, and serves as a director of Jaramer Legal.

Geoffrey Munday, Non-Executive Director (Youth Services)

Geoff is a Chartered Accountant with more than thirty-five experience across senior finance and project roles. He founded his own financial planning practice and has been involved with StreetWork since 1980, serving as a long-standing Board member. Geoff brings steady financial stewardship and a deep, personal commitment to helping young people turn their lives around.

 

 

SCOTT ATKINSON, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY)

Scott is a Founding Director at TribeTech (established 2018), where he continues to drive growth and innovation. Earlier in his career he worked at IBM, founded the IT consulting firm Netforce (acquired by Dimension Data in 2010), and helped build BigAir’s cloud and managed services from 2014. Scott holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computing) from Queensland University of Technology and an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales.

adam roberts, Non-Executive Director (finance)

Adam is Head of Private Markets at Australian Ethical Investment, leading the firm’s private markets strategy, including its Infrastructure Debt Fund. He previously held senior roles at Cerberus Capital Management and within Macquarie Asset Management in Europe and the Asia Pacific, covering private equity, private credit, financial services, real estate, and infrastructure/renewables. Adam holds a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics and degrees in Law and Commerce (Finance) from Bond University. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Cindy penrose, non-executive director (for-purpose organisations)

Cindy is the Chief Executive Officer of the Yoorrook Justice Commission, Victoria’s formal truth telling process. Previously, she was Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary at the Paul Ramsay Foundation, where she chaired the Criminal Justice Taskforce. She has also served as the first female Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Bar Association and as an Assistant Director at the Australian Defence Force’s Abuse Response Taskforce. A former criminal defence lawyer, Cindy has lectured in criminal and tort law. An enthusiastic advocate for mental health, she helped establish BarCare and serves as a Director with Mind Count.

Liong Lim, non-executive director (governance and risk)

Liong is Group Risk Director (Director of Risk) at Nine Entertainment Co., overseeing enterprise risk across the group after rejoining in 2024. He has held senior roles in Sydney and London spanning risk, legal and governance, including as Chief Risk Officer and Company Secretary at GROW Inc and in policy and digital initiatives at Commonwealth Bank. Liong works closely with Boards and Board Committees focusing on programs that advance social outcomes and strong corporate integrity.

Ben Pratt, non-executive director (government relations)

Ben is Director of Corporate Affairs at Qube Holdings and has more than two decades experience in corporate affairs, government relations, and stakeholder engagement. He has held senior roles with ASX listed organisations including APA Group, QBE Insurance and BHP. Known for his steady counsel to senior executives, Boards and government, Ben holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies from Deakin University.

jane vincent, chair, northern beaches local board

Awarded an Order of Australia Medal in 2023 for her significant contribution to the community through a variety of different organisations, Jane Vincent has been involved with Streetwork for over a decade now. latterly as Chair and now Co-chair of the Northern Beaches Local Board. Jane brings a rich blend of passion, high-value contacts and hands-on volunteering to bear and remains active across all areas of her local community, from sport (particularly swimming and netball) through to specific causes that she holds dear (the plight of vulnerable young people being one such example).

Helen Campbell, chair North Shore Local Board

Helen specialises in Organisational Change Management and Leadership and Workshop Facilitation. She is a Master Accredited Change Manager and a Certified Professional Facilitator, Author of Managing Organizational Change (Kogan Page London), co-author of The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook (Kogan Page London). Helen also teaches at Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is frequently invited to speak at conferences and on expert panels. In addition to her successful change management career, Helen is co-founder of the Change Management Institute (CMI) and was a Board member for eight years. She chaired the Change Management Body of Knowledge Global Advisory Panel and was CMI Chief Accreditation Assessor. Helen was awarded lifetime membership of CMI in recognition of her services to the profession. She has a passion for helping people design, implement and sustain change so that it delivers a return on investment, minimises disruption and builds capability.

sarah browett, chair Hornsby-Ku-ring-gai Local Board

Sarah has been passionate in the areas of community, young people and mental health for a number of years, providing support within non-for-profits, through volunteer roles as well as her own coaching business (set up to deliver positive change in the areas of relationship, goal setting and mindset). With a passion to help those walking a less-fortunate path to be awarded opportunities to be able to make change and impact their own life towards a brighter future, Sarah has been an active supporter of Streetwork since early 2021. Her two decades of corporate success span a range of roles and industries, always with strong ‘people-focus’ at their core. Certified in training & assessment, NLP and life-coaching strategies, Sarah is very of the impact we all have in what shapes our world & future.

CHRIS CORNEIL - ADVISOR TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE oFFICER

Chris has nearly 30 years of business, management and governance experience.  Originally from Canada, Chris was most recently the Australasian CEO of an investment management organisation comprising a $25 billion funds management arm and operating seven other lines of business across three major markets in two countries.  Chris is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and joined the Streetwork Board in 2014.
